Rainbow CupcakeS ingredients

• White cake mix
• Nutrient Dye (we used the gel kind)
• Lots of little bowls and spoons
• Cupcake liners and a cupcake pan
• Icing and sprinkles

Directions TO Brand RAINBOW CUPCAKES:

Step one

Mix in the batter.

Separate the batter into different bowls, and add the food dye to each bowl. (My birthday girl chose the colors: pink, blueish purple, dark-green and xanthous. If we ever do this again, we would probably eliminate the color royal, it came out a funny nigh gray/brownish color in one case broiled).

Step 3

Once the bowls of color are created, drop spoonfuls of the dyed batter into cupcake cups. If you have leftovers, you tin can make a marbled mini-cake!

Then put into the oven to bake. Follow the baking directions on the cake mix box that you use.
